Position Overview:
The Front Desk / Floor Attendant is a customer-facing role responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, monitoring play areas for safety, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility. You will be part of a team that keeps the energy high, the smiles big, and the environment safe and enjoyable for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:

• Greet and check in guests with a positive, welcoming attitude.

• Process payments, manage waiver forms, and answer customer questions.

• Explain play rules, safety guidelines, and promotions.

• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.

Floor Attendant Duties:

• Monitor play areas to ensure children are playing safely.

• Interact with guests to create a fun and friendly environment.

• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tables, and high-touch surfaces.

• Support party hosting or events as needed.

• Assist in opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills.

• Enjoy working with children and families.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.

• Reliable and team-oriented.

• Previous customer service or childcare experience is a plus but not required.
